Bulloch County, Ga. Office of the Ordinary of Bulloch County At Chambers December 26, 1882 In re: The estate of Needom Lee deceased. Jane E. Lee having filed her application in behalf of her self and Piety Lee a minor for the appointment of appraisers to set a part year's support to the said Jane E. and the said Piety Lee out of the estate of said Needom Lee. It is ordered that the said application stand for a hearing at the office of the ordinary of Bulloch County on the 13th day of January next at 11 o'clock a.m. of said day and further that a copy of the application and of this order be served on W. N. Lee and J. W. Lee temporary administrators of
Needom Lee's estate deceased by the Sheriff or his deputy at least ten days before the time of hearing of said application.

In re: The estate of Needom Lee. Jane E. Lee, widow of Needom Lee having filed her application in behalf of herself and Piety Lee for the appointment of appraisers to set apart year's support and furniture to the said Jane E. Lee and Piety Lee out of the estate of Needom Lee deceased and it appearing that Wm. N. Lee and J. W. Lee temporary administrators of the estate of said deceased have been notified as the law requires. And it
further appearing that no objections have been filed, and that this order prayed for should be granted. It is ordered that Charles Pretorius, M. M. Waters, E. Mac Elveen, James F. Lanier and Milenton be and they are hereby appointed appraisers and they are hereby authorized and required to set apart and assign to the said Jane E. Lee and the said Piety Lee a sufficiency from the state of the said Needom Lee for their support and
maintenance for the space of twelve months, and also for the use of the said Jane E. and Piety Lee a sufficient amount of the household furniture.

Order Upon reading and considering the forgoing application, it is ordered that said Joseph W. Lee and said W. N. Lee, administrators, have leave to sell the personal property belonging to the estate of Needom Lee deceased after giving notice of each sale by written advertisement for ten days at three or more public places in said county- this February 5th, 1883 CS.

1-A Georgia Bulloch County By this Ordinary of said County Needom Lee as late of said county in which he died resident having late--departed this life intestate, possessions of an estate of personally received said in
county and W. N. & J. W. Lee of said county is having at a regular time of said court bee visited with the administration on the estate of said Needom Lee on conditions of his giving house and security according to the direction of the court and taking the usual oath of office and said W. N. and J. W. Lee having fully complied with the direction of the court. This is to show that said W. N. and J. W. Lee is fully empowered and required to do and perform all the duties of an administrator of Needom Lee to administer according to law all the estate of said Needom Lee, to ask... and recover all of said Needom Lee's claims to pay out to the law future heirs of said Needom Lee to make all proper returns, inventories offer assessments and whatever other duty as such administrators the law ... upon them. We the undersigned, appraisers certify that the forgoing is a true inventory and appraisement of all the real and personal property belonging to the estate of Needom Lee deceased as far as was produced to us by J. W. & W. N. Lee temporary administrators of said estate according to law before
entering upon our duties as appraisers. This 26th day of December 1882.
